Playing Catch Up!

This was me at 5 months pregnant. You can see that baby Smith likes laying on my right side. Ha! And I can still see my toes.

Jordan and I took a long weekend to Oahu in July. We went for a friend's wedding and the 4th of July weekend. It was so fun seeing the island, going shopping, and getting to eat at all our favorite spots!

Here is my sweet friend, Nicole on her wedding day. It was fun getting to be part of her special day!

Here we are. The bridesmaids. It was a fun day getting all dolled up with this group of fine ladies!

After the wedding weekend on Oahu. I got on a plane the next day and went to LA to visit my brother and his family. I had such an awesome time getting to play with my niece and nephew. They are such cute and sweet little kids. Here I am with my nephew. He's lips are to die for!

Here we are off to the circus. My S.I.L. Courtney is so great at finding fun and new adventures for us to go on when I come to town. I can't wait for our kiddos to play and get to visit on trips like this one! Good times ahead!

I had a great night out to dinner with my old buds! These girls have been by my side since I was in elementary school. We have some good memories. It's always fun to go out and catch up. They are going to be amazing aunties to Baby Smith!

Here are a few pictures from my baby shower in LA. 

I had so much fun and I got to see my long time dear friend June.  She came in from Dallas, Tx. About 2 weeks before my shower I texted June to see if she was going to make it to my shower and she writes back "I wouldn't miss it for the world!" It's so amazing to have a sweet friend like June. I sure did love getting to see her and catch up. It was fun to see us both with baby bumps too! She's due in a week- I can't wait to see her little girl soon!

 

All these sweet and beautiful ladies were the kind hosts of my shower. I am one lucky girl!

This is my best and dear friend Taylor. She flew down for 48 hrs to be at my shower from San Fran. I adore her more than ever and it meant so much to me that she made it. I always can breath lighter when Tay is around.

Baby Smith's feet!  A few days after I returned from LA, Jordan and I went to the dr's for our ultrasound. The dr. printed 12 pictures for us but we could only really tell what was snapped in these two pictures.

Here is baby's room so far. Soph better not get too comfy on that rug!

Here I am at 6 months pregnant. 

Here I am at 7 months. Baby is very healthy and growing. Me on the other hand is feeling him/her kick all the time, sleeping ok, and having a hard time bending over. Other than that I am happy and loving this experience!

Once I got back from LA it was time to go back to work. Here's what my classroom looked like when I entered. What a sick joke this was!
